DNA Management Services is working with the Late John Cannon Estate in offering his Personal Property at an Estate Sale open to the public. Please come prepared to load your larger furniture pieces. No pre-sales, private viewing, or early entry. All items must be removed by the end of the sale or on allotted pickup days. This is a smoke free estate.

ACCEPTING CASH, VENMO, & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

Line placement will not start until 8am on opening day of sale. Markers may be used as long as you are on still on site (you are welcome to wait in your car). No overnight camping or day before markers are allowed. Items will be priced and sold first-come, first-serve after any opening auctions. Pricing is not available before the sale.

DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of Ash Street & Austin Blvd in Nevada, head South on Ash Street and proceed as Ash Street becomes Route BB, continue 6 Miles. Sale is located on the East side of the road at the Junction of BB & F HWY. Watch for Signs.

All items offered for sale are sold “as is, where is” with all faults. All sales are final.

All items will be priced and sold first come first serve. Pricing is not available before the sale.

Some items may be excluded from the pricing markdown. These items will be identified.

To be fair to any interested parties, if multiple buyers are interested in the same item, and a dispute should arise, that item will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Items must be paid for before they can be removed.

COME PREPARED TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.

All items are to be removed by the end of the sale.

Valuable items such as coins, jewelry, firearms, and precious metals,
are secured off-site until the time of sale.
All money and valuables are removed from the premises overnight during the sale.

We appreciate our customers being considerate of neighbor’s property while attending our sales.
Please do not block driveways or park in yards. Field/Pasture parking will available at this sale.

The location driveway is for pick-up and loading only. Watch for signs.
