DNA Management Services is working with Garland & Faylane Koehn to offer their personal property at an Estate Sale open to the public.
The Koehn’s have relocated and are selling what’s left behind. All items will be priced and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please come prepared to load your larger furniture pieces. Doors open at 12pm, with no pre-sales, private viewing, or early entry. All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
We do not hold line place/order at our sales. To be fair to any interested parties, if multiple buyers are interested in the same item, at the opening each morning, that item will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Available items will be priced and sold first-come, first-serve. Pricing is not available before the sale.

Directions: From the junction of US 54 HWY and 1-49 N in Nevada, MO head North on 1-49 and proceed 4 1/2 miles.
Take Exit 107 for County Road M/Compton Jct. Turn East onto Co Road M. Continue on Co Road M for approx. 8 miles.
The sale is located on the West side of the road. Watch for Signs.

If you are coming from the East ( Walker – Eldorado Springs – Stockton )
Directions: From the junction of US 54 HWY and Co Road C, head North on Co Road C 4.8 miles through and past Walker, MO.
Turn West on Co Road OO and proceed 3.7 miles. Turn North on Co Road M and proceed just under a mile to the sale located on the West side of the road. Watch for Signs.

Items offered for sale are sold “as is, where is” with all faults. All sales are final.

Items must be paid for before they can be removed.
COME PREPARED TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.
All items are to be removed by the end of the sale.
Valuable items such as coins, jewelry, firearms, and precious metals,
are secured off-site until the time of sale.
All money and valuables are removed from the premises overnight during the sale.
Firearms, if any, may be subject to an FFL Background Check and/or FFL Transfer.
We appreciate our customers being considerate of neighbor’s property while attending our sales.
Please do not block driveways or park in yards.
The location driveway is for pick-up and loading only. Watch for signs.
Accepted methods of payment are cash, credit cards, and Venmo.
All credit card transactions will be accompanied by a 4% convenience fee.
If you call or email about items on sale days we may not be able to respond promptly as we will be giving our in-person customers our undivided attention.
