DNA Management Services is working with the Late Janice Tucker Estate in offering its Personal Property at an Estate Sale open to the public. Please come prepared to load your larger furniture pieces. No pre-sales, private viewing, or early entry. All items must be removed by the end of the sale. This is a smoke free estate.

To be fair to any interested parties, if multiple buyers are interested in the same item, and a dispute should arise, that item will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
Items must be paid for before they can be removed.

Valuable items such as coins, jewelry, firearms, and precious metals,
are secured off-site until the time of sale.
All money and valuables are removed from the premises overnight during the sale.
We appreciate our customers being considerate of neighbor’s property while attending our sales.
Please do not block driveways or park in yards.
The location driveway is for pick-up and loading only. Watch for signs.
Accepted methods of payment are cash, mobile pay, and credit cards.
If you call or email about items on sale days we may not be able to respond promptly as we will be giving our in-person customers our undivided attention.
